Same here, and for Dier as well if you consider the amount of shit he got from our 'fans'.I'm sure some will disagree, but I've very happy for them both.

Definitely. It was always way over the top with him.Same here, and for Dier as well if you consider the amount of shit he got from our 'fans'.
I have to admit, we do have a lot of idiot fans.Same here, and for Dier as well if you consider the amount of shit he got from our 'fans'.
Dont we have a buy back clause or certainly a first option on him ? That's what I heard off un glasses Ron and Paddy the Greek anyway..This is doing the rounds at the moment.
All good as long as it's not back to us.This is doing the rounds at the moment.
He also doesn't talk particularly warmly about the club either. I saw something a while back where he was asked about his favourite goals and they were all goals for Bayern and England.Allegedly we have a £54million buy-back clause next summer.
Unsure how I feel about his returned, he basically fucked off when we needed him
Tried to get a snidey move and then went on strike when he didn't get it. Kane can get to fuck.He also doesn't talk particularly warmly about the club either. I saw something a while back where he was asked about his favourite goals and they were all goals for Bayern and England.
100% agree....He wouldn't want to come back... Why would he...
We scraped out of a relegation battle last season and haven't set a real marker as yet this season (there hasn't been time),to say that's changed.
I've no ill will towards him he did great great things for us and the club let him and us down...
He gave us his absolute best years and for that I'm thankful.
£54 million and you'd sniff at that if it was at all possible... Mince. Absolute mince.
Loyalty100% agree....
How any Spurs fan could begrudge that legend a move to a club where he could win multiple trophies after the service and loyalty he showed us is beyond me.
No he's not. He's welcome back anytime and we should be honoured to have him.
14 years doesn't cut it no ? After he came back from Norwich on loan he was with us for 10 years straight...breaking all goalscoring records and captaining our club through a time where the chairman refused to support the manager's enough to challenge consistently for trophies....yet he still stayed. And despite being the best striker in Europe, and every club sniffing...when he did go, did he go to Arsenal ? Chelsea ? Man Utd ? No, he went abroad.Loyalty
No he's not.
And they'll pay him about two million a week as well. He’ll go to the MLS and score 100 goals a season
He tried to get a snidey move to City and them went on strike when it didn't happen just like Isak. Thankfully our chairman at the time won the battle of wits.14 years doesn't cut it no ? Always gave everything season after season and carried the club on his back for years despite knowing he was pissing against the wind.
If it was any other top class striker, they would've been gone 6 seasons prior and refused to play until they got their move like Isak did...and you wouldn't have blamed him.
In today's world, the likes of Kane are a dying breed. How many world class strikers would stay with a club, knowing that fuck all was going to change ?
Some people have short memories...
You want to blame someone, blame the prick that just stood down...and look no further.
Question: If you are the best at your job yet the company that employs you has no ambition & does not give you & those around you the tools to succeed, what would you do?
He'd have to go to another authoritarian nation to get that kind of money. And they'll pay him about two million a week as well.
Especially if you would only be able to do that job for about 10-12 years if you’re lucky…Question: If you are the best at your job yet the company that employs you has no ambition & does not give you & those around you the tools to succeed, what would you do?
All this bollocks about loyalty... He's a fucking employee who the club would have canned in a fucking heartbeat if he was Byan Gill...
Fuck that... He did a great job for the club, provided some fantastic moments and memories... Loyalty doesn't come into it...
He did what he needed to do to win the recognition his talent deserved and we tried to fuck him over on that front by failing to match it...
Good argument...
Read my other posts on here... your post got the correct reply.Good argument...
I wouldn't want to be in that sort of environment. Certainly not for long.Question: If you are the best at your job yet the company that employs you has no ambition & does not give you & those around you the tools to succeed, what would you do?
He'll beat you on experience mate...I wouldn't want to be in that sort of environment. Certainly not for long.
Giving the best years of my short career to a company that essentially sees me as a simple, monetary asset.
That's where Levy failed most of the club's elite players & staff.
Just curious @SpiderSpurs.
What would you do?
