Bournemouth sack Scotty! Wankers. He got them promoted with fuck-all investment and 2nd rate players, then they sack him 5 games into the season? I say again - wankers.

Just lol at Chelsea. How on earth do you sack him at this stage? What a horror show for whomever comes in. I hope Potter turns them down. WTF do you do with Aubameyang? Even Mount and Havertz look shot, and Koulibaly looks like he can barely run. They are still in position for top 4 and the knockouts of CL. Sure it was a bad loss, but they easily could have won that game. Not that Touchel is blameless, he was definitely unraveling but it wasn't THAT bad. Long may it continue! Couldn't happen to a better lot.

Massive knee jerk, I'd imagine they know Rodgers is also going to be available soon...

That's what they're after imo.

Touchel is a twat. Lucky he didn't wake up witb a horses head on his fucking pillow.

The UK feds need to impose some minimum service laws on VAR, Rashford looked about 2m offside for United's first goal and the 2nd looked a bit questionable, actually looking at the replay, that one was absolutely offside as well. Are VAR on strike like everyone else in Brexitania? Funny game, lots of falling over and penalty claims, the big freak bloke hasn't scored so Harry can close the gap tomorrow.

I get where you're coming from but then you look at the likes of Brighton & Fulham, small clubs with small budgets playing grand football. They're fun to watch the way they play. Surely we should be able to do that. You'd think, right?

Well we were pretty good to watch for a good few years until Levy stepped in and said "I think you've had just about enough"

The PL are under serious pressure now to make an example of City. I don't think they have any choice but to relegate them to the championship. Any fine would be seen to be a cop out.

While that would be great, I highly doubt they will relegate them. Apparently they will be given an opportunity to present a defense. Considering the source of the emails, they'll likely be able to muddy things up enough to get away with a fine.

They won't do dick. Lawyers gonna lawyer
Yep... and whoever got the most cash wins... or loose less

Prem have taken 4 years to just investigate this shite...

Over that time period there will have been numerous procedural mistakes and enough time to bury certain facts..

100 charges will be a lot to bat away though... I'd like to think that they'll get properly busted and tbe Prem will look at tbe Chavs and any other fucker who has taken the piss...

I have some qualms with the idea of immediate relegation, because in effect it would deny a promotion spot to a Championship side (and in a lot of cases they kind of bank on promotion, or at least the hope of promotion, for loans and such. I would like to see a Europe ban (if possible) combined with a very strict transfer moratorium.

Or even worse, they could just force them to sack Pep and appoint Frank Lampard.

Fair point..
I do feel though the PL will be under severe pressure to do something other than a fine. Everyone knows a fine, regardless of size is immaterial to City so what else ? Points deduction to make sure they don't get CL next season ? I don't know, but it'll be interesting....
I can see Pep walking too if this does go further than a fine.

Pep stated that he would leave if there was any wrong doing discovered at the club...

I believe he was assured that it was all legal and above board in some kind of gentleman's agreement...

I can't see the Prem bending over and getting fucked on this, simply because it would mean its open season on them and any club with the ability to spend or be brought to wash dirty cash, would be lining up to stick one up their starfish with zero lube as they'd have set a precedent...

I also can't see Citeh doing anything more than slowing everything up, muddying the waters, and making this drag for as long as necessary for the Prem to think about their spend and the reputational damage to the Premier League brand...

I'm with @USspur ... Lawyers will fucking Lawyer on this fucker...!!!

Probably a points reduction if they get past the inevitable appeal. That would in turn cancel Europe for a season. Worst case would be all of that and stripping titles. That would hurt a lot, especially that Aguero moment.

Maybe Pep might fancy a change and a move to London in the summer ? Could you imagine ?? Ok, I'm losing the run of myself but heh, it's nice to dream..

Here's my take on this. You just let Saudi Arabia buy a Premiere League club. How on Earth do you then go an hammer City when this stuff is going to be common course going forward? I think a fine, a small points reduction, and maybe some mean words. They'll look like hypocrites if they slam City now. It's their own damn fault for letting countries own clubs in the first place.
